If your parcel seems delayed, contact us BY EMAIL (link above) to check the status of your order. All orders are sent Registered Mail unless the expedited service has been selected. We process all orders that are received before 12 noon the same day. Orders received after the cut off time (12 noon) will be processed the next day. You should receive your items within 24hrs once they have been dispatched.
